How to make a Custom Order

• Kindly fill the form below with your desired products (Brand/Product name including quantity i.e. ml)
• A minimum weight of 20g is required to place a Custom Order.

Terms and Conditions

• A down-payment of half the total cost is required as a commitment fee to place a custom order.
• The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery once the order arrives in Kenya. (You will be notified once this happens)
• All custom order lead times are approximately 2-3 weeks excluding holidays.*
• The lead time begins from the date the down-payment has been received.
• Custom Orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once the down-payment has been processed.
• By making the down-payment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this custom order sale.
